Don't let negativity take space in your head! There is nothing wrong with you! Breakups can cause self-doubt, and self-doubt must be combated before it grows into low self-esteem, lack of confidence and a general lackadaisical attitude towards life and love. It is not impossible to battle the negativity that breakups can make you feel towards yourself, although it may be difficult. One thing to remember is that crying occasionally doesn't mean you are weak, nor does it mean you do not value yourself enough. It is release of your hurt, your disappointment and all the negative voices that are creaming in your head. Let yourself feel the hurt and the pain, but by all means, do not allow yourself to be buried in the negative thoughts that may threaten your sanity and your personality.
